Just about midway between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach is the perfect compromise between enjoying a big city ambience and the historic First Coast.  Ponte Vedra Beach is the home to the PGA, the TPC Players Club which annually hosts The Players Championship in March.  The St. Johns County school system is recognized as one of the top ranked school systems in Florida.

The Plantation is 37 miles to the Jacksonville International Airport and 21 miles to the Northeast Florida Airport in St. Augustine.  It is 23 miles to historic St. Augustine and 26 miles to downtown Jacksonville.  12 miles to Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, which consists of over 76,000 acres of conservation area including forest, coastal dunes, tidal lagoons, and wildlife.  The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is within walking distance and features may national music acts and events.
