Caddie Notes:
Hole one plays from left to right with bunkers right and left. Bunkers carried right gives the longer player an opportunity to reach the green in two. The second landing area has bunkers right and a grass hollow left which set up the green which angles right to left. The green is protected with a grass hollow right, bunker left and middle splash bunker.

Caddie Notes:
The mounds on the right side are softened. The fairway is lower on the left side to allow the view to the green and bunker face. Driving to the left side of the fairway rewards the golfer even though the golfer must hit across the water. The green is protected with a grass hollow right and bunker left.

Hole three plays over water to a green angled slightly right. The right pin is protected with a bunker and the left pin with a grass hollow. The back of the green is defined with a splash bunker.

Hole four plays left to right with water down the right side of the hole and a single bunker left at the landing area. The design will soften the slope of the fairway so that well-executed drives should not repel into the water. A tee shot played close to the waters edge will offer the player an improved angle to the left pin of the green. The green is guarded with bunkers right and left.

The fairway contours in the first landing area, but well-executed drives should not repel into the water. Playing down the right side of the hole offers the player the shortest distance to the second landing area. The second landing area has bunkers right and left. The green has bunkers right, middle and back.

Hole six plays right to left with fairway bunkers left and right. The fairway bunkers help create shot values in terms of risk/reward. The bunkers are pleasing to the eye and help “create” movement as the golfer moves from tee to green. A well-placed tee shot carrying the bunkers left offer the player the shortest distance to the green. The green is angled right to left. The green is guarded with bunkers right and left.

Hole seven is surrounded with a tree canopy. Three bunkers enclose the green. The green is tricky to read with the green breaking in three directions. This is the only Par 3 hole that is not on a body of water. The highest elevation on this hole is the green. It has a “Pinehurst” feel.

Hole eight plays through a tree lined corridor right to left. The drive played down the left side of the hole offers the player an opportunity to a guarded back right pin. The green is also protected with a bunker front right. The overall feel of the hole is a smooth sweeping motion left to right.

Hole nine plays left to right. Bunkers support the left side of the fairway. Carrying the trees right allows the player a better angle into the green. Water right and bunker left protect the right protect the green. The overall design objective is to create a bold approach to the green by positioning the green at the lake banks edge.

Hole ten plays right to left. The landing area is guarded with bunkers left and right. Carrying or playing close to the left hand bunkers allows the player an improved angle into the green. The green is protected with bunkers right and left.

Hole eleven allows the player an opportunity to play right or left. The player who chooses to play close to the right fairway bunkers and or even carry them will have a better angle into the green. The green is protected with water and bunkers left and a grass hollow right.

Hole twelve's green is angle right to left. From the back tee the shot is all carry, more forward tees allow players to use the approach. Pins are guarded with a bunker left, grass hollow right and back splash bunker. The green has been designed with much less slope, allowing for more pin able areas.

Hole thirteen angles right to left. Carrying the trees and bunkers left offer the player an improved angle to the green that plays left to right. Bunkers surround the green left, right and back.

Hole fourteen is the longest of the par fives. The hole has water bordering its entire length from tee to green. Bunkers right protect the first and second landing areas. The golfer playing down the left side of the hole will have the greatest opportunity for a lower score. In the second landing area a bunker penalizes the golfer with an errant shot. The green is guarded with water left, a grass hollow right and a back bunker supporting the green.

The landing area of hole fifteen is protected with water right and bunkers left. The player has two options from off the tee. Playing close to the water right offers an improved angle to the left pin and playing left adjacent the opens a view into the back right pin.

Hole sixteen plays from multiple tee locations left and right over water with a green angled right to left. A bunker-centered front of the green offers multiple pin placements left and right. Pins are also protected with bunkers right and back left.

Hole seventeen angles right to left with bunkers right side of the landing area. The shot played down the left side of the fairway offers a shorter distance to the hole and improved angle to the green. The green is guarded with water left, a grass hollow right and bunker and back middle bunker.

Hole eighteen is the shortest of the par fives. The first landing area is protected with bunkers left and right with views to an island green. Carrying the bunkers left allows the player an opportunity to reach the green in two. Bunkers frame the left side of the second landing area. The right side of the green is guarded by water. Pins are also protected with bunkers left and back right.
