Private Golf Course Club & Communities – The Plantation at Ponte Vedra, FL

Our golf course is currently being renovated by golf course architect, Greg Letche. The $6 million dollar revitalization project will be completed and ready for play in October of 2016.

Five sets of tee placements that range from 5,058 to 6,940 yards provide golfers of every level the opportunity to challenge themselves and enjoy their round at the same time. There are 58 bunkers and on 16 out of the 18 holes water comes into play.

Practice makes perfect. With two putting greens, three chipping areas, a full driving range, and a teaching complex you have every opportunity to fine tune your game.

Director of Golf, Nancy Maunder, a former LPGA player and award-winning golf instructor, leads a team of talented golf professionals ready to help members enjoy every round of golf. A quick stop at our new Pro Shop and you’ll see the latest in golf wear and equipment. It is no wonder why The Plantation players are always dressed to the nines.

Fred Theus, Superintendent of Grounds, insures golfers beautiful surrounds and a perfectly manicured course, if not always a low scoring round. The PGA and LPGA professionals who are often in the neighborhood, frequently remark that playing a round of golf at The Plantation is akin to playing on some of the best courses they play on their respective tours.

Join our men's golf association who are Plantation members of all playing levels and enjoy competitive tournaments throughout the year. The MGA's Board is responsible for establishing the format of play, entry fees, schedule of tournaments and other related activites.

The women's golf association is an organization of 9 and 18 hole golfers of all playing levels. PLGA members play every Thursday morning, September through May. Weekly tournaments are widely varied and may be flighted or mixed.
